Does a carbon monoxide alarm need to be fitted when a boiler is being repaired (UK)?

I know that under part J of the building regs a carbon monoxide needs to be fitted next to a boiler under certain circumstances, does this count?

My advise would be a yes, this again is not my job and it be wrong if you followed my advise or anyone elses here, this can mean life and death when dealing with this sort of thing, please double check this for a company thata knows just to be sure, it will also give you peace of mind
