Could I take four solar garden lights that use an AA battery and put them together to make a four AA battery charger? Would a charge controller out of the garden light work correctly as part of a four battery set up. How would you put it together? Am I asking too much?

I found a video that makes a solar battery charger from a garden light, however it is for an iPhone. This might not me an exact match for starting batteries, but it could be a good starting point.
