You need a face to face meeting with upper management. Do not an email on this.

The new manager is pretending that he knows how things should be done by rocking the boat. If new manager is white and you are from India then you have a discrimination case, especially if he gave the work to his likeable white person.

I used to do software testing. Had a few projects with no business requirements. I just documented what the software does and they took it and turned it into the product manual.

Next project with no documentation. The main data screen was set up. I was told to test it out. Again, no business requirements, no documentation. Probably one percent of it worked. And the lead developer claimed I did not run tests on it. I was not going to send an email on it. I asked upper management if they had time to come to my desk. Showed them the program myself. You could not even type in many of the text fields. One of them called the lead developer over to another test terminal and wanted him to start the program. They realized he was stalling. One slammed his hand on the table and told him to get that program started. Same results. He had to spend a couple days showing other developers what he was working on and out the door he went.
Again, I feel an email is not the best way. Get some supporting documentation organized. Good luck. You have some nasty days ahead of you.

This is a very sticky situation. When you go over your managers head, management gets suspicious of you! Even if they take it seriously and not as some disgruntled employee blowing off steam, they will undoubtedly discuss it with your manager. This will degrade your position with him even further. Your manager does not sound like he is very good at management. He either has a specific skill they hired him for or they aren’t aware of his shortcomings.
Your best bet is to get know the higher ups in the company on an informal basis. Let them know what you’ve done and are doing. Then if it comes to any confrontation you will have credibility.

Carbon monoxide forms when an carbon based fuel (all gas, petrol, fuel, ethanol) doesn’t burn with enough oxygen to form carbon dioxide. This happens everytime you use a gas device, because the oxygen is just not concentrated enough in the local area to allow for the fuel to burn completely and leave no carbon monoxide. This is natural and not to worry about.

I imagine you’re most likely to be at risk from faulty combustion devices like furnaces, gas fireplaces and heaters and spirit burners. Anything that burns gas and isn’t in a well ventilated area (that’s why outdoor stoves are fine, the wind just blows the carbon monoxide away) should be checked.
I stress that these products would have had to meet a certain level of quality before being sold to you – and that regular maintanence would avoid any leaks/ build up. If in doubt, consult your local firebrigade – i’m serious, they’d be glad to help, it’s their job.

I tried a few CRM packages and while the company initially started with one, it was too much of a learning curve for our users. In the end we moved to task management software – Team Task Manager. On the other hand, you have SalesForce; enterprise software for any size business and comes with great email and phone support. Furthermore, they can tailor the software to your needs if its not listed under the features.

Sounds like your client will need SalesForce.

My advise would be a yes, this again is not my job and it be wrong if you followed my advise or anyone elses here, this can mean life and death when dealing with this sort of thing, please double check this for a company thata knows just to be sure, it will also give you peace of mind

Seriously? The right hand of God is the right hand of God. Not a person. God isn’t made up of people. He’s God, and no one is fit to be part of him.
And if you think he’s God in the flesh, you missed Him by about two thousand years. Yesterday was Christmas, or weren’t you paying attention? Christmas is the celebration of Jesus’ birth, and that is the only time God was in the flesh. Barack Obama is just an ordinary person, like everybody else. I really don’t understand what everyone thinks is so great about him. Would God let His right hand write a letter of congratulations to a homosexual couple, or approve the murder of innocent unborn babies?
@Jacara Would "some old book full of stories" have more impact on the world than any other piece of literature in the history of mankind, or survive the countless times rulers have tried to completely obliterate it? Would it be so perfectly beautifully elaborate, written by 40 different authors over a 1500 year span, who had no communication with each other, and still have no contradictions, but a complicated storyline and timeline that fit together perfectly? Would it have been able to prophesy to the exact year (1948) when Israel would return to their land, and have so many other prophecies fulfilled long after it was written? Stop trying to get people to prove that the Bible IS true, and you try to prove that it ISN’T.
@Aaron Clark Sorry to get off subject. I just don’t like empty accusations against my God.

It would not be considered a must when repairing a boiler as gas men have their own units but for your own safety they should be fitted in the house. Especially where gas units are installed.
